President's Note

We have rolled out the Beta version of our new AI chatbot, CODI. Check out all the CODI features. This is one of the many AI projects our research and development team is working on. Our teams are utilizing CODI for their day-to-day needs and are pleased with the way the tool is assisting them. Our support and software teams had a great month, jumping in to help customers and build solutions that really made a difference.

We are honored to be selected as the WMS of the Year by Supply Tech Breakthrough. This recognition showcases what our customers have known for over 30 years. While we’re honored to be recognized, we know this achievement is only possible because of the people who power our mission... our passionate team and the incredible community of customers we serve.

I am excited to announce that we refreshed our website with a modern look and feel. Additionally, we have published our newest webinar where we dive into how KPIs help you figure out what your data is trying to tell you. As always, you can check out our newest blogs. This month we talked about tracking the right KPIs, looked at 10 game changing benefits of a WMS, and provide new free tools to help with space utilization.

We also spoke briefly to Inbound Logistics about our thoughts on whether we can ever fully trust AI. Check out our input along with other industry leaders.
