President's Note
Hi there,
As we move into the second half of the year, one thing continues to stand out: the supply chain industry isn't slowing down. Rising transportation costs, evolving customer expectations, and ongoing operational complexity are forcing warehouse and logistics leaders to think differently about efficiency and profitability. At SC Codeworks, our focus remains on helping organizations navigate those challenges with practical technology, actionable insights, and a commitment to continuous innovation.
One of the highlights this month was receiving the SupplyTech Breakthrough Award for Warehouse Automation Platform of the Year. This recognition reflects the work our team has put into building solutions that solve real operational challenges for warehouses and 3PLs. Awards like these are always an honor, but what matters most is the success our customers achieve every day using our platform to improve visibility, automate processes, and drive measurable results.
We're also proud to continue investing in the future of our industry through our partnership with Miami Springs Senior High School's Business & Logistics Academy. By bringing Codeworks Enterprise into the classroom, students gain hands-on experience with the same warehouse management technology used by logistics professionals. Helping prepare the next generation of supply chain leaders is an investment not only in education, but in the future of our industry as a whole.
This month, we also introduced several new educational resources for warehouse operators. Our latest webinar, The Hidden 6–9%: How Small 3PLs Lose Revenue They Already Earned, explores one of the most common (and often overlooked) profitability challenges facing warehouse operations today: billing leakage. We also published our new Warehouse Maturity Assessment, designed to help organizations evaluate whether their operations are truly ready to maximize the value of a warehouse management system before beginning a technology initiative.
On the thought leadership front, we contributed two new industry articles focused on today's operational realities. In The Biggest Challenges Facing Logistics Operators This Summer, we examine the seasonal pressures impacting warehouse and transportation operations. While Why Visibility Alone Is Not Enough in WMS and TMS explores why visibility is only valuable when it's paired with actionable execution. We also released a new white paper examining how rising diesel costs are changing LTL shipping strategies and how WMS-powered operations are adapting through smarter shipment consolidation.
As always, I'd like to thank our customers, partners, and investors for your continued confidence in SC Codeworks. Every milestone we achieve is made possible by the relationships we've built together. As we look ahead, we're excited to continue helping organizations improve warehouse performance, embrace innovation, and prepare for whatever challenges the supply chain brings next.
Let's make it a great month,
Suresh Chappidi CEO, SC Codeworks
