President's Note
Hi there,
April was an incredible month at SC Codeworks, and I'm thrilled to share some exciting news—we've been named the winner of the Supply Chain Consultancy Project category at the Institute for Supply Management's 2025 Supply Chain Trailblazer Awards. This recognition honors our work transforming a high-volume kitting operation into a connected, digital workflow using a custom module built inside Codeworks Enterprise. The results spoke for themselves—order accuracy above 99%, cycle times down more than 40%, and throughput up roughly 25% without adding labor. This award belongs to our entire team and to the customers who trusted us to solve a real operational challenge. It's a proud moment for SC Codeworks.
On the thought leadership side, tariffs remain one of the most pressing topics in supply chain right now, and our team weighed in with two contributed pieces this month. In Supply Chain 24/7, our article 4 KPIs Supply Chain Leaders Should Prioritize as Tariff Pressures Persist focuses on the metrics that matter most—because the goal isn't just to measure performance, it's to understand where you're exposed and where you can act before costs escalate. And in The Supply Chain Xchange, we published Tariff Strategies: Avoiding Both Panic and Paralysis, offering a practical look at how the most resilient operations are building agile, informed strategies instead of reacting to every headline.
On the product side, we published two new case studies. In How a Leading 3PL Doubled Throughput with Codeworks Enterprise, we highlight how one operation used integrated automation within our WMS to double capacity to 5,000 orders per day—with zero added system cost. And in A 3PL Case Study in Supply Chain Innovation, we show how RFID-driven compliance is boosting accuracy and giving teams real-time visibility across their supply chain.
We also launched a new resource—the 15-Minute WMS Health Check, a free checklist designed for 3PL and warehouse operators. It's a quick way to identify gaps and spot quick wins that can improve efficiency and performance right away. If you haven't tried it yet, I'd encourage you to check it out.
We kept the celebrations going as we were named in the Inbound Logistics 2026 Top 100 Logistics IT Providers list for the second year in a row! We are proud to be named among fellow industry leaders, and I commend our team on the hard work they have contributed to this recognition.
As we move through Q2, I want to thank our customers, partners, and investors for your continued trust and support. April was a month that reminded us why we do what we do—helping warehouse teams work smarter, move faster, and stay ahead. There's a lot of momentum right now, and we're excited about what's coming.
Let's make it a great month,
Suresh Chappidi CEO, SC Codeworks
